The Nurse Educators and Practitioners Guild is a non-profit organization established in August 16, 2016 by a group of nurse educators from Hail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Philippines and Bandung, Indonesia. The creation of the NEPraGuild, Inc. is based on assertion of nurses to abreast new knowledge and advances in nursing practices. The organization engages in promoting evidence-based practices, empower professional nurses to lifelong learning and advocate the continuous and quality improvement of the nursing profession.

The Nurse Educators and Practitioners Guild, Incorporation with its Articles of Incorporation is an accredited professional organization and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
